Please be kind and patient with our staff, we are working very hard to see our patients as promptly as we can.
UPDATE: STARTING MONDAY, APRIL 18th, 2022:
At this time, we are not accepting new clients.
Our clinic is still curbside for technician appointments and to pick up food and/or medications. We are asking for you to give us a call when you arrive. Our lobby is still closed to the public.
If you are coming in for an exam, we are now allowing up to 2 people to accompany their cat into the exam rooms. If you prefer curbside and to remain in your car, that is always an option. We are asking that once you’ve arrived in our parking lot for your scheduled appointment, please give us a call so that our office is aware that you’re waiting outside. Once we have an available exam room we will bring you inside. If we are unable to take your call once you've arrived, please leave us a voicemail. A receptionist will be sure to assist you as soon as one becomes available.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please do not enter the building so we can keep our staff and clients healthy. Please let us know and we can do your appointment curbside or we can reschedule your appointment.
Appointments and routine care services are currently booked out 7 to 8 months.
If it is an emergency and you do not feel it would be in the best interest of your cat to wait, here are some emergency clinics:
Summit in Lakewood at 253-983-1114
Blue Pearl in Tacoma at 253-474-0791
Blue Pearl in Renton at 425-496-1000
- We are continuing to see patients who are in need of medical care due to health issues at this time. This is by appointment only. As we are currently booked out pretty far in advance, there are circumstances that we are scheduling Urgent Care appointments for current patients that need to be seen sooner than what our schedule allows. This is being managed carefully as to not exceed the amount of patients per day that our doctors are able to see and still provide excellent care for.
There is an additional charge of $45.00 for Urgent Care appointments.
**Urgent Care appointments are dropped off in the morning and the doctor examines them between their normally scheduled appointments**
- If you are concerned you will not be able to get prescription food or medications filled before your annual exam is needed, please give us a call to discuss the situation.
- Our retail section of the clinic is not open for indoor shopping at this time. Please give us a call and we can gather all the supplies you are needing and take your payment over the phone. Once you arrive at the clinic you can give us a call and we can bring your items outside for you to pick up.
- The Catnip Suites are open for boarding. We do require an exam be done by our doctor before boarding. We are asking that people do not bring personal items, such as beds or blankets, with their cat for boarding. Those will be provided on site for your kitties comfort.
Thank you for your continued support,
